The June meeting will give you and your city officials the opportunity to hear the purpose and services of the Office of the PVA and the Office of the Circuit Clerk.  These two elected officials will link the services of their offices and cities.

Tony Lindauer was elected Jefferson Co. Property Valuation Administrator in 2006.  The Jefferson Co. PVA administers private, public and commercial real estate property valuation as prescribed by law.  This office provides assessment, exemptions, general information, other tangible property and the Homestead/Disability exemption.  Tony is an active member and former President of the Cherokee Triangle Association; Jeff. Co. Environmental Trust Oversight Board;  Otter Creek Task Force and is the owner of TLC Restorations, Inc.

David Nicholson was elected Jefferson Co. Circuit Clerk in 2006 and re-elected in 2012.  The Circuit Court is part of the Kentucky Court of Justice and serves as custodian of all district, circuit and family court records in Jefferson Co.  Also, the office issues Kentucky driver’s licenses and identification cards in partnership with the Ky. Transportation Cabinet and the Ky. State Police.  David also serves as President of the Ky. Assoc. of Counties.
